WINE MATCHING TIPS

When selecting which wines to pair with your cheeses, keep these simple tips in mind:

  1. Match the weight/richness of the cheese with the body of the wine

  2. Match the flavour intensity of the cheese and the flavour intensity of the wine

  3. Avoid combining oily or very salty cheeses with high-tannin red wines
