Made with Marcel Petite Comté, Swiss Gruyere, shallots, wine and garlic.

Cooking Tips:

  • Sandwich Press: use baking paper top and bottom to ensure no burning. cook for 5 mins.

  • Frying Pan: 

  1. Pre-head the oven to 180°C.

  2. Apply a small amount of butter to a non-stick frying pan and heat to medium heat.

  3. Place the toasties on the frying pan and cook for 3 mins. Flip and cook for another 3 mins. 

  4. Transfer the toasties to a baking pan and place in the oven for 2 mins.

  5. Finish with salt and serve.
