This is our most prized butter. Crafted with our tastes alone in mind, we use a different selection of cultures and distinct fermentation program to to our Madeleine Salted and Unsalted Cultured Butters. The result is a richer, bolder style of butter, which bursts with ocean minerality from the inclusion of crunchy Sel de Guérande sea salt crystals.
