· A selection of fresh and dried Victorian fruits (strawberries, blueberries, apricots and/or muscatels)

Sparkling - 2018 Mount Majura ‘The Silurian’ for a cheeky little fizz from the Capital Territory. Beautifully balanced bubbles with great length and presence. Perfect with an array of locally made cheeses.

White - 2020 Heroes Sauvignon Blanc from the Otway Hinterland. Expect the full spectrum of citrus flavours without leaning to the tropical ripeness. Time spent in barrel means texture and complexity.

RED - 2018 Henty Farm Pinot Noir from deep west Victoria. This wine is deceptively full flavoured, and has the perfect weight to match each of the four cheeses.
