No filtration and low sulphur at bottling. Bright red fruits, strawberries, blueberries and fresh blackberries, a medium bodied red, with a beautiful mid palate filled with strawberries and blueberries. No rusticity here just purity and full expression of Gaillac’s lesser known grape varietals.

This is a vibrant wine filled with happiness! Paired with Alpine cheese, Goats and Pyrenees.
