This style of wine is sweet and made with grapes that have been allowed to dry on straw mats in order to decrease their juices while increasing sugar levels. Powerful, the nose alternates between lemon, bitter orange and caramel. Alcohol, sugar and acidity are all very well balanced. These wines are produced in tiny volumes and are meant to be shared.
