Rich and buttery texture with flavour notes of mushroom on the rind and soft and gentle sweet and rich milk notes through the heart of the cheese.

You can serve this cheese with the top gently cut off and berries mashed through the middle or serve alongside ripe stone fruits and fresh summer figs for a special afternoon treat with your favourite off dry sparkling white!
