This Nez de Clown is made from 4 rows of massale pinot noir with 1 row of musky chardonnay .
The Aroma is a beautiful concentration of small black fruits like blueberry with delicacy and finesse. The texture is palpable and silky with gently fluidity and freshness, it is drunk with ease and this desire to come back to it every time.

And why is this wine call Clown Nose? Because, as Cyril explains: "During our tank tastings, this wine triggered bursts of laughter every time!!! The name of this cuvée therefore came quite naturally."

A very fun wine to drink in the warmer months!

Direct pressing, fermentation in 500 litre clay dolia, indigenous yeasts, no inputs, no SO2.
