Pinot noir from 90 year old vines in Échevronne, Burgundy, grown on clay and hard limestone. 100% whole bunch. Red roses and black tea - more floral than fruity. Ripe profile with dark cherries and blackberries. Fine tannins and chalky finish. Light, approachable and delicious!
