Made from 40 year old Chardonnay vines in Puligny Montrachet and aged in Amphora. The wine is a clear lemon yellow in color, with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, fumet, and chickpea. The wine is pure and fruity, with a clear extract that blends beautifully with concentrated umami, sharp acidity, and salty, chalky minerals.
