Fromage blanc is essentially the first step of lactic fermented cheese where the fresh curds are drained for a short time and set without letting any rind develop. Capturing the exact moment when the curds show their milky soft qualities and an extra layer of flavor development from the cultures added.

This is a light zesty cheese, with citrus and grass notes and a beautiful moist texture. Enjoy this cheese blobbed on top of fresh garden salads, whipped with herbs on a baked potato or smeared on a heavy rye loaf
